ATLANTA – April 18, 2025 – Pond & Company (“Pond”), an industry leader in engineering, architecture, planning, and construction management services, has hired Steven Hendricks as a Client Account Manager for Federal Civilian Agencies.
In this role, Hendricks will utilize his federal relationships and experience to consult Pond’s Federal clients on the firm’s master planning, design, construction period support and advisory services. Hendricks will serve as the lead for Pond’s General Services Administration (GSA) and State Department clients.
Hendricks has extensive experience in client services having held positions in the public and private sectors. He was most recently the Director of the Client Delivery Division and a Project Manager/Mechanical Engineer for the GSA where he oversaw large-scale construction portfolios and led risk, compliance, project management, and life cycle asset management. Hendricks also served as a Mechanical Engineer for the U.S. Coast Guard, as Vice President of Sales for a satellite communications company, and as Government Account Manager for a global telecommunications company.

Hendricks holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
