JACKSONVILLE, FL - (September 6, 2024) – Pond & Company (Pond), an industry leader in engineering, architecture, planning and construction management services, has been awarded the Department of the Navy’s Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Architect-Engineer (A-E) Design and Related Services at various locations under the cognizance of NAVFAC Southeast in a joint venture with Raymond, an expanding architecture, engineering, and building envelope small business. 

The $30,000,000 small business set-aside contract was awarded to Raymond-Pond Military Service Solutions SDVOSB, LLC to provide design and engineering services across the 22 NAVFAC Southeast field offices at Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force installations spanning 12 states (Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida) and Guantanamo Bay Cuba. This Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) has a five-year period of performance.
