HONOLULU – (March 21, 2025) – Pond & Company (“Pond”), an industry leader in engineering, architecture, planning, and construction management services, in a joint venture with Stanley Consultants, a global engineering firm providing innovative engineering, design and consulting solutions, has been awarded a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Architect-Engineer (A-E) Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Unrestricted Contract for the Design of Miscellaneous Projects in the Honolulu District (POH). 

The award, a first for the Pond-Stanley joint venture, is for architectural and engineering services in the State of Hawaii, territories of Guam, Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, Federal States of Micronesia, American Samoa, Kwajalein Atoll, and Republic of the Marshall Islands. The total pool contract value is up to $190M.
