ATLANTA, GA - (August 28, 2024) – Pond, an industry leader in engineering, architecture, planning and construction management services, has been awarded a contract in a joint venture with Raymond, an expanding architecture, engineering, and building envelope small business, to support both the Army National Guard (ARNG) and Air National Guard (ANG) missions with horizontal infrastructure design solutions. 

The scope of the architecture-engineering (A-E) work to be performed by the Raymond-Pond Enterprise Solutions Joint Venture LLC supports requirements throughout the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Region 2, which includes Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. This Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract has a shared capacity of $20 million among awardees, with a five-year period of performance.
