The following individuals truly exemplify Pond’s entrepreneurial spirit, client-centered focus, and community-minded vision.

Mark Hanselman, PE, SE – AVP, Engineering As experienced structural engineer, Mark has spent over a decade participating in and leading teams to deliver successful Defense, municipal, and private client projects. He builds and leads high performance teams in the design of new buildings and facilities for Pond’s clients across all industries and sectors.

Steve Harrill, RA – AVP, Architecture Steve Harrill’s comprehensive experience in complex architectural projects and specialized knowledge of project execution has been instrumental in the expansion of Pond’s Jacksonville practice. His 30-year career has been characterized by solution-driven plans for aviation, municipal, and federal clients across the nation.

Rodney Hoke, PE – AVP, Energy With over 30 years of experience, Rodney Hoke efficiently manages teams in the planning, design, and inspection of petroleum facilities and aircraft refueling facilities. Overseeing the division’s quality control guidelines, he develops superior client deliverables for Pond’s energy program.

Jon McMillen – AVP, Military Planning Jon has over 25 years of multidisciplinary military planning experience, managing master planning and programing projects for federal and Defense clients around the globe. His uncompromising customer service and innovative approach to project challenges instills confidence within clients and colleagues.

Matthew Wilder, PLA, ASLA – AVP, PLACE Matthew Wilder is a creative Landscape Architect who draws upon his two decades of experience to lead Pond’s Planning, Landscape Architecture, and Civil Engineering disciplines. He strives to provide exceptional service through design of engaging places for our clients and communities across Georgia and the Southeast.

Andrew Swift, PE – AVP, Aviation Andrew Swift leverages his 16+ years of experience to manage Pond’s civil engineering team to provide design and detailed oversight in the creation of dynamic facilities. Andrew is also passionate about the design of resilient infrastructure for airport, commercial, industrial, institutional, and military projects.
