Melly Gao Chief Financial Officer
Melly Gao has over 20 years of experience driving the financial operations of large companies. Her professional passions include continuous process improvement and empowering employees with practical business tools and real-time insights to serve clients and the community. Her expertise in strategy development and data digitization has been instrumental in Pond’s growth.

Michelle Boulineau Chief Human Resources Officer
Michelle Boulineau oversees the firm’s human resources strategy, talent management, and streamlining internal processes to align with key business initiatives. Her expertise in leading HR operations has been developed over her 15+ year career.

James McNabb Executive Vice President, Infrastructure
James McNabb is an industry leader in the transportation field and has worked to deliver successful client outcomes throughout the U.S. He has served clients at city, county, and state transportation agencies as well as contractors. His project experience ranges from small, local infrastructure improvements to large, complex interstate work. 

Alex Holbrook Executive Vice President, Industrial
Alex Holbrook has over 33 years of experience and serves as Pond’s thought leader on industrial, manufacturing, and facility engineering. He brings years of experience in managing complex, process-driven designs that incorporate leading-edge innovations.
