ATLANTA - (December 16, 2024) – Pond, an industry leader in engineering, architecture, planning, and construction management services, has been awarded a contract to provide design services for the Lakeview Nursing and Dental Hygiene Building Renovation at Georgia Highlands College in Rome, Georgia. 

The project will modernize and upgrade the existing building to better support the growth of the Nursing and Dental Hygiene Programs at the College’s Floyd Campus. Pond’s scope of services includes delivery of existing site condition analyses, conceptual and final design schematics, cost analysis, and construction document preparation for educational and laboratory spaces and facilities.
