Pipeline Integrity Program
Pond provided full-time support with a team of eight engineers who conducted engineering reviews and analysis from in-line inspections for various pipeline segments in the United States and Canada.
Pond's work involves analyzing ILI data from tools such as MFL-A, MFL-C, and EMAT, as well as conducting non-destructive testing (including ultrasonic, magnetic particle, phased-array ultrasonic, and radiography tests), cathodic protection measurements, anomaly pressure calculations, assessing geo-hazard threats, and other relevant documents. This information was crucial for determining integrity threats to the pipelines, as well as assessing risks to the public and the environment.
Pond's engineers are on-call six days a week throughout the year to ensure prompt response to any issues or concerns.
