Pond conducted comprehensive noise and traffic studies, as well as cumulative noise impact studies, in support of two 50-megawatt solar facilities. Services for this utility-scale solar project with storage included evaluation of average and peak noise, impacts to traffic, road, and rail generated during construction, and operation of the solar facilities (including risk assessment and establishment of mitigative measures). Pond's scope of services also included coordination, review, and approval with the Siting and Licensing Board of the Kentucky Public Service Commission.
