Electric Vehicle Charging Facilities Capital Investment Planning Report
Under a joint venture, Pond has been responsible for electric vehicle charging facility (EVCF) Master Plan development at numerous US Army sites (CONUS and OCONUS) to assist the Army with meeting Executive Order (EXORD) requirements for total electrification of the non-tactical vehicle (NTV) fleet.
Pond is providing program management services and is overseeing the development of EVCF Master Plans for 15 Army Materiel Command Organic Industrial Base sites, as well as a consolidated command-wide Capital Investment Strategy (CIS) for phasing in EVCF infrastructure through FY27.
Additionally, Pond is providing program management and overseeing the development of EVCF Master Plans at 8 IMCOM installations and providing overall program management for EVCF Master Plan development at 75 total IMCOM sites along with an IMCOM-wide CIS for EVCF infrastructure investment through FY35.
