CHARLOTTE, NC - (May 31, 2024) – Pond, an industry leader in engineering, architecture, planning, and construction management services today announced the opening of a new office in Charlotte, North Carolina, an expansion which strengthens the firm’s service capacity for their clients and projects in the Southeastern United States. 

Pond’s newest location is in The Pass multi-use development at 4100 Raleigh Street in the NoDa area of Charlotte and is the firm’s first in North Carolina. It houses a diverse team of designers and engineers with the intent to mirror the firm’s services out of the Charlotte location. 

“Our new Charlotte office positions Pond to expand operations into North Carolina, a growing market for our services,” said Charlotte PLACE Practice Lead Emily Blackwell Hsiao who launched the Charlotte team just over a year ago. “The new office allows Pond to build on our existing partnerships within the Charlotte community, access the tremendous talent in the region, and better serve current and new clients in the area.”

In addition to the new Charlotte location, Pond has 17 offices nationwide and serves clients and projects around the globe.
