Operation Homefront
Pond & Company partners with Operations Homefront to raise contributions the families of military service men and women. With assistance covering everything from food and household expenses to automobiles and wounded warrior care, the money raised from all our employees in 2010 was appreciated and put to great use.
United Way
Pond & Company sponsors an annual voluntary fund raising drive for the national system of volunteers, contributors and local charities built on the proven effectiveness of local organizations helping people in their own communities. In 2007, we broke our all-time record for firm-wide employee contributions!
Green Initiatives
Pond & Company employees are committed to walking the walk of sustainable design, as well as energy-efficient and earth-friendly living.
