Employees can take advantage of the membership reimbursement program, which reimburses you up to $300 per year for a health club membership at the club of your choice. The plan is flexible for your convenience – you can visit any area fitness facilities and choose the one that best suits your needs. Additionally, our employees enjoy access to a staff of registered nurses, dietitians, personal trainers and physical therapists through an annual wellness coaching program designed to effect well behavior for both our employees and their families.
At Pond, we’ll help you plan for retirement. Employees may participate in our company-matched Traditional 401(k), and Roth 401(k) plan on the first day of the quarter following their start date. The company matches 100% of your contributions up to 4%. Our 401K plan is unique in that there is with no waiting period on vesting so you are immediately 100% vested.
We offer flexible schedule options to help you attain a healthy work-life balance. During the summer, many of our employees enjoy Summer Hours, which makes “cutting out early” on Friday afternoons legal! Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, employees have the option of working 9-hour days Monday through Thursday and a short 4-hour day on Friday! Work deadlines may take priority, of course.
